AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
ALAMEDA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
FOR OFFICE SPACE ON THE FIRST FLOOR OF CITY HALL
WHEREAS, the Alameda Chamber of Commerce, a non- profit
corporation, desires to lease from the City of Alameda the area
commonly known as Room 101 located on the ground floor of the
City Hall; and
WHEREAS, a for of lease containing the covenants,
and conditions to bo entered into is on file in the office o
the City Clerk of the City of Alameda, and the Council of the
City of Alameda is informed of the contents thereof; and
WHEREAS, it is in the public interest that said Lease be
entered into;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL
OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor of said City be, and he is
authorized and directed to execute, and the City Cle
on behalf of the City, a Lease Agreement substantial
form and containing the terms and conditions set for
aforesaid lease agreement.
