AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH JONES HALL
HILL & WHITE FOR BOND COUNSEL SERVICES IN CONNECTION
WITH TAX ANTICIPATION NOTE PROCEEDINGS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor and the City Clerk be and each hereby is, authorized
to execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf of the City
of Alameda, an agreement with Jones Hall Hill & White, a Professional
Law Corporation, for their services in connection with the issuance
of short-term tax and/or revenue anticipation notes pursuant to
Sections 53850 et seq. of the California Government Code, said
agreement to be substantially in the form of that heretofore placed
in the office of the City Clerk and marked, "Filed, April 6, 1982."
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution as
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of
Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the _6th day of April
1982, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone, and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
