AWARDING CONTRACT FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT DESIGN OF
MAITLAND DRIVE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, hOCAL IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT 1982 -1, TO JTA, INC ENGINEERS - PLANNERS, AND
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION THEIEOF
WHEREAS, in response to City's Request for Proposal
JTA Inc Engineers - Planners submitted its proposal for engineering
services for the Maitland Drive Assessment District, Local Impr_ove-
ment District 1982 -1;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that JTA, INC Engineers - Planners is a responsible firm
and best qualified to prepare plans and specifications and perform
engineering services and assessment engineering in connection with
the Maitland Drive Assessment District; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the contract for engineering
of said project be awarded to said firm and that the City Manager
be authorized to execute, and the City Clerk to attest, said contract
on behalf of the City of Alameda.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of
Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 6th day of Awil
1982, by the following vote, to wit:

NOES: None.
