APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF
REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE CITY OF ALAMEDA/BUREAU
OF ELECTRICITY EXCESS WORKERS' COMPENSATION INSURANCE
PROGRAM
WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the specifications for
the City of Alameda/Bureau of Electricity Excess Workers Co pensa-
tion Insurance Program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the City Council does hereby approve said specifi-
cations and authorizes the release of Requests for Proposals for
the City of Alameda/Bureau of Electricity Excess Workers' Compensa-
tion Insurance Program.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing RZsOlUtiO; 4ds
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of
Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 20th day of April
1982, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone and President Corica - 5.
