Resolution 09744C?TY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 9744 APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 3755 FOR DIVISION OF PROPERTY WITHIN ALAMEDA MARINA VILLAGE, ACCEPTING CERTAIN DEDICATED EASEMENTS AND FINDING SAID PARCEL MAP CONSISTENT WITIH CITY'S GENERAL PLAN (ALAMEDA MARINA VILLAGE ASSOCIATES - SUBDIVIDER) WHEREAS, Alameda Marina Village Associates, a California limited partnership, by Vintage Properties — Alameda Commercial, a California corporation, a general partner, has presented to the Council for approval a Parcel Map for subdivision of property within Alameda Marina Village, west of Encinal Terminals and north of the proposed Marina Park, and known as Parcel Map No. 3755; and WHEREAS, said Parcel Map delineates thereon a certain revocable easement for public access and for emergency vehicle and maintenance vehicle access purposes marked "Shoreline Access Easement," and a public utilities easement designated "Public Utilities Easement" (PUE), dedicated to the City of Alameda; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11- 319.1 -of the Alameda Municipal Code, Parcel.. Map No 3755, heretofore accepted and con - ditionally approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved and permission given to subdivider to record same, subject to the con- ditions listed in City of Alameda Planning Board Resolution No. 1238 adopted on April 21, 1982. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the revocable public and vehicle access easement and the public utilities easement dedicated to the City of Alameda are hereby accepted on behalf of the City. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11- 3112(f) of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds Parcel Map No 3755 is consistent with the City's General Plan, and pursuant to Section 11-3112(h) determines that discharge of waste from the subdivision into the sewer system will not violate regional water quality control regulations. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in a regular adjourned meeting assembled on May 11, 1982, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone and President Corica - NOES: None.
