AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH HARBOR BAY
ISLE ASSOCIATES FOR CONSTRUCTION COORDINATION AND
MANAGEMENT OF HARBOR BAY PARKWAY IMPROVEMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute and
to attest to, respectively, on behalf of the City, an agreement
with Harbor Bay Isle Associates (HBIA) which allows for
construction coordination and management of the Harbor Bay
Parkway improvements;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said agreement shall be
substantially in the form of that heretofore placed in the office
of the City Clerk and marked, "Filed May 18, 1982."
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on May 18, 1982,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
