Resolution 09757CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 9757 ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS FOR FURNISHING TO THE CITY OF ALAMEDA COIN COLLECTION OF PARKING METERS WITHIN THE CITY, CALLING FOR BIDS AND DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE SAME BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications and Provisions for furnishing to the City of Coin Collection of On and Off Street Parking Meters within the City, No MSP 5-82-1, filed in the office of the City Clerk on June 1, 1982, be and the same are hereby approved and adopted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive sealed bids up to the hour of 11:00 a.m. on TUESDAY, JULY 6, 1982, for furnishing to the City of said coin collecting in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the City Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside, "Proposal for Coin Collection of On and Off Street Parking Meters," or similar designation. Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the pro- visions of the Charter of said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids. The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star, a notice calling for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this Resolution and of said Specifications and Provisions. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 1st day of June, 1982, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone and President Corica - 5.
