AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF
HAYWARD RELATING TO DATA PROCESSING SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
and to attest to respectively, on behalf of the City, an agree-
ment with the City of Hayward to provide the City with data
processing services;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said agreement shall be
substantially in the form of that heretofore placed in the office
of the City Clerk and marked, "Filed June 1, 1982.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of
Alameda in regular meeting assenbled on the 1st day of June, 1982,
by the following vote to wit:
