Resolution 09766CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 9766 ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR HARBOR BAY PARKWAY SANITARY SEWER PUMP STATION IMPROVEMENTS, CALLING FOR BIDS AND DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE SAME WHEREAS, specifications and plans have been prepared, P.W. 5-82-5, for Harbor Bay Parkway Sanitary Sewer Pump Station improvements, and filed in the office of the City Clerk on June 1, 1982; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the aforesaid Specifications and Plans, numbered and filed as aforesaid, be, and the same are hereby approved and adopted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the performance and completion of the work specified in said Specifications and Plans be and the same is hereby authorized. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive sealed bids up to the hour of 11:00 o'clock a.m. on THURSDAY, JUNE 17, 1982, for furnishing to the City of all labor, materials, machinery, tools and equipment necessary for the work hereinabove referred to, in accordance with said Specifications and Plans. Bids must be presented to the City Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside, "Proposal for Harbor Bay Parkway Sanitary Sewer Pump Station Improvements," or similar designation. Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the pro- visions of the Charter of the City of Alameda, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids. Said Specifications and Plans may be had by any prospective bidder on application to the City Engineer, at his office in the City Hall, Alameda, California. The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the I) Alameda Times-Star, a notice calling for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of said Specifications and Plans. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City Of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 1st day of June, 1882, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone and President Corica - 5.
