APPROPRIATING ALL UNALLOCATED REVENUES AND UNANTICIPATED
REVENUES FOR FISCAL YEAR 1981-1982 AS A RESERVE FOR
WORKING CAPITAL
WHEREAS, there has been previously submitted to and
filed with this Council a budget representing a financial plan
for conducting the affairs of the City of Alameda for the fiscal
year beginning July 1, 1981 and ending June 30, 1982, which
budget was adopted on September 1, 1981 and amended on
January 5, 1982; and
WHEREAS, revenues were received during said fiscal year
which exceed the amount appropriated for said fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, revenues will be received by June 30, 1982, which
have not yet been appropriated for said fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, taxes are due and payable for said fiscal year,
or may be prepaid in said fiscal year which have not yet been
appropriated for said fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that it is in the
best interests of the City to appropriate all revenues received,
to be received and receivable in said fiscal year
..,,, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that all revenues received or receivable by the City
of Alameda on June 30, 1982 which are otherwise unappropriated,

unencumbered, or unexpended are hereby appropriated as a reserve
for working capital.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th of June, 1982,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone and President Corica - 5.
NOES: NOVe,
