Resolution 09774CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 9774 ESTABLISHING APPROPRIATION LIMITS AS REQUIRED BY PROPOSITION NO. 4 FOR 1982-1983 WHEREAS, pursuant to Article XIIIB of the Constitution of the State of California, the City Council of the City of Alameda is required to establish an "Appropriation Limit" for fiscal year 1982-1983; and WHEREAS, the Appropriation Limit has been determined in accordance with uniform guidelines for Article XIIIB of the California Constitution; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that said Council hereby establishes an Appropriation Limit in the amount of $22,170,144 for fiscal year 1982-1983. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th of June, 1982, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone and President Corica - 5.
