AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDED AGREEMENT WITH EAST
BAY MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT TO PROVIDE WATER
FACILITIES FOR HARBOR BAY PARKWAY (HARBOR BAY ISLE
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT)
BE TT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor be and hereby is authorized to execute, and the City
Clerk to attest to on behalf of the City of Alameda, an amendment
to that certain agreement between the City and East Bay Municipal
Utility District, authorized on May 18, 1982 and providing for
required water facilities for Harbor Bay Parkway; said amendment
providing that all installation work shall be performed by EBMUD.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th of June, 1982,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
