AUTHORIZING CITY MANAGER TO SELL USED MERCURY VAPOR
STREET LIGHT LUMINAIRES TO UNICORN ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS
INC. OF ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the City Manager be and hereby is authorized to dispose of by
sale to Unicorn Electrical Products, Inc. of Anaheim, California,
the following surplus and obsolete property:
Approximately 1200 used mercury vapor street light
luminaires,
and to deposit the monies received therefrom in the General
Fund.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th of June, 1982,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone and President Corica - 5.
NOES: N0ne,
ABSENT: None.
