Resolution 09784-ARESOLUTION NO. 97814 A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE SALE OF 1982 TAX AND REVENUE ANTICIPATION NOTES ORIGINAL., RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Alameda, California, as follows: WHEREAS, pursuant to its Resolution No. 9761, adopted June 1, 1982, which resolution provided for the borrowing of funds for fiscal year 1982-1983 and the issuance of 1982 Tax and Revenue Anticipation Notes tnerefor, and called for bids on the sale of said notes, and notice of said sale has been duly given; and WHEREAS, on the date hereof bids for the sale of said notes were publicly opened and examined and referred to this City Council; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows: 1. That all written bids received for purchase of said notes excepting the bid herein stated, be, and they are hereby, rejected, and that said notes be, and they are hereby ordered sold to First Interstate Bank of California, as the highest bidder, said sale to be subject to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the Notice of Sale of said notes and in said accepted bid. 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, directed to have said notes printed, and that the same be immediately signed, sealed and delivered to said bidder on receipt of the amount therefor and upon the performance of the conditions contained in said written offer. 3. That the interest rate on said notes be, and the same is hereby fixed at 9.71%, the rate stated in said bid PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Alameda, California, this 15th day of June, 1982, by the following vote: AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone, and President Corica - 5.
