AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH CHOR °ONG LEE
FOR RESTAURANT/CONCESSION AT ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL GOLF
COURSE
WHEREAS, the present Concessionaires of the Alameda Municipal
Colf Course, Arthur, Teresa, Michael, Mark and John McKee, wish
to assign their rights and liabilities concerning the concession;
and
WHEREAS, Paragraph 29 of the Agreement between the McKees
and the City of Alameda provides for assignment of the contract
with written consent of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the McKees have indicated their desire to assign
the concession to CHOR OONG LEE, an individual; and
WHEREAS, Cher Oong Lee represents that he is capable and
willing to perform as Concessionaire of the Alameda Municipal Golf
Course,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that approval of the assignment of the contract for the
Alameda Municipal Golf Course Restaurant Concession is granted;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and each hereby is authorized to execute and to attest to,
respectively, on behalf of the City, an Agreement with CHOR OONG LEE
for the Restaurant/Concessions at the Alameda Golf Course as more
fully set out in said Agreement to be substantially in the form
of that heretofore placed in the Office of the City Clerk and marked,
"filed, July 6, 1982."

Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 6th of July, 1982, by the following
vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Gorman, Sherratt and President Corica - 3.
NOES: Councilman Diament - l.
ABSENT: Councilman Stone - l.
