AUTHORISING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY AND
ROBERT ERES RELATING TO OPERATIONS OF PARKS
REFRESHMENT CONCESSION
WHEREAS, an agreement between the City and Robert Eres,
an individual doing business as Bob's Deli, relating to the
operation of a Parks Refreshment Concession in the City of Alameda
has been proposed; and
WHEREAS, a form of such agreement has been filed with the
City Clerk and this Council is informed of the contents thereof;
and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City and of the
public that said agreement be entered into;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the terms, agreements and conditions of said
proposed agreement between the City and Robert Eros, an individual
doing business as Bob's Deli, be and hereby are approved, said
agreement to be substantially in the form of that filed in the
office of the City Clerk and marked, "Filed July 20, 1982."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby
authorized to execute, on behalf of the City, the aforesaid
agreement, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to attest to same.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 20th of July, 1982,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Stone, and President Corica - 4.
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Sherratt 7
