AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
AND ASSOCIATION OF BAY AREA GOVERNMENTS RELATIVE TO THE
PREPARATION OF AN APPLICATION FOR URBAN DEVELOPMENT
ACTION GRANT FUNDS FOR ALAMEDA MARINA VILLAGE ASSOCIATES
ON-SITE IMPROVEMENTS FOR OFFICE AND COMMERCIAL
DEVELOPMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the City Manager and City Clerk be, and each hereby is authorized
to execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf of the City,
an agreement with the Association of Bay Area Governments for the
preparation of an application for Urban Development Action Grant
Funds for Alameda Marina Village Associates on-site improvements
for office and commercial developments.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said contract amount shall not
exceed the sum of $15,000,
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on 20th of July, 1982,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Stone and President Corica - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Sherratt - 1.
