AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
AND MKGK INCORPORATED RELATIVE TO THE PREPARATION OF
AN APPLICATION FOR URBAN DEVELOPMENT ACTION GRANT
FUNDS FOR OFF-SITE SEWER IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE HARBOR
BAY ISLE BUSINESS PARK
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the City Manager and City Clerk be and each hereby is, authorized
to execute and to attest to respectively, on behalf of the City,
an agreement with MKGK INCORPORATED for the preparation of an
application for Urban Development Action Grant funds for off-site
sewer improvements for the Harbor Bay Isle Business Park,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said contract amount shall not
exceed the sum of $12,500.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on 20th of July, 1982^
by the following vote to wit:
