REAPPOINTING HADI MONSEF A MEMBER OF THE
PUBLIC UTILITIES BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CTTY OF ALAMEDA
that pursuant to the provisions of Article X of the Charter
of the City of Alameda, and upon nomination of the Mayor,
HADI MONSEF is hereby reappointed to the office of member of
the Public Utilities Board of the City of Alameda for a term
commencing on July 1, 1982 and expiring on June 30, 1986, and
to serve until his successor is appointed and is qualified.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on 20th of July, 1982,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Stone and President Corica - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Sherratt - 1.
