AWARDING CONTRACT TO MARSHALL AND STEVENS INCORPORATED
FOR FIXED ASSET VALUATION SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION THEREOF
WHEREAS, Marshall and Stevens Incorporated has submitted
its Proposal to the City of Alameda for a Fixed Asset Management
System, and the Council is fully informed and aware of the
contents thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA that the Proposal submitted by Marshall and Stevens
Incorporated for its services in assisting the City to establish
a Fixed Asset Management System, which will provide information
for Financial Reporting, Cost Accounting, Capital Expenditure
Planning, Insurance Requirements and Accountability and Control,
is hereby approved and accepted, and the City Manager and City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute and to attest to said
Proposal, on behalf of the City.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 20th of July, 1982,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, and President Corica - 3.
NOES: Councilman Stone - 1.
ABSENT: Councilman Sherratt - 1.
