AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA AND PIEDMONT ASSOCIATES RELATIVE TO
THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the City Manager and City Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized
to execute and to attest to respectively, on behalf of the City,
an agreement with Piedmont Associates, a California corporation,
for its services relating to the preparation of all documents and
completion of all appropriate activities in connection with a
Community, Redevelopment Project to be undertaken by the City pursuant
to the California Community Redevelopment Law.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on 20th of July, 1982,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Stone and President Corica - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Sherratt - 1.
