AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ADDENDUM #1 TO JOINT EXERCISE
OF POWERS AGREEMENT FOR THE BAY AREA LIBRARY AND
INFORMATION SYSTEM RELATIVE TO DESIGNATION OF A
TREASURER AND AUDITOR
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor be and hereby is authorized to execute, on behalf of
the City, Addendum #1 to the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement
for the Bay Area Library and Information System heretofore on
June 15, 1982 authorized by City of Alameda Resolution No 9781,
said Addendum herein authorized to provide for the designation
of a Treasurer and Auditor.
T, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passgd by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 3rd of August, 1982,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Stone and President Corica - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Sherratt - 1.
