AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH PACIFIC GAS
AND ELECTRIC COMPANY FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A MAIN TO
PROVIDE UTILITY SERVICE FOR HARBOR BAY PARKWAY -
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 81-1
WHEREAS, in conjunction with the construction of the
extension of Harbor Bay Parkway Pacific Gas and Electric
Company is required to furnish and install gas facilities; and
WHEREAS, an agreement to provide these facilities has
been submitted to the City and the Council is fully informed
and aware of the contents thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and each hereby
is authorized to execute and to attest to respectively, on
behalf of the City, an agreement with Pacific Gas and Electric
Company for the construction of a main to provide utility service
for Harbor Bay Parkway.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 17th of August, 1982,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
