RESOLUTION NO. 9871
A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS
MAITLAND DRIVE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 1982 -1
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda, California, that
WHEREAS, this Council determined to issue serial bonds to
represent unpaid assessments in proceedings conducted under and pursuant
to its Resolution of Intention No. 9680 adopted on January 19, 1982, as
amended; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has received a written offer for the
purchase of the bonds to represent said unpaid assessments, and, in the
opinion of this Council, the best interests of the assessment district
will not be served by soliciting additional offers therefor;
NOW, THEREFORE, THIS COUNCIL HEREBY ORDERS, as follows:
1. That the sale of said bonds is hereby awarded to
Les Kelley Enterprises , subject to all of the terms and conditions
set forth in said written offer for the purchase of the bonds.
2. That said bonds be prepared in accordance with the
proceedings of this Council and that the same be executed and delivered
to said purchaser upon receipt of the purchase price therefor and upon
the performance of the conditions contained in said written offer.
I, the undersigned hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of
ameda in regular meeting assembled on the 17th day of August, 1982,

AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
