APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF
INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS FOR LEASE OR SALE OF REAL
PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE BAY FARM RECREATION CENTER
WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the specifications
prepared for an Invitation for Proposals for Lease or Sale of
Real Property known as the Bay Farm Recreation Center;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that said Invitation for Proposals be and the same
is hereby approved;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Council hereby authorizes
the release of said Invitation for Proposals for Lease or Sale
of Real Property known as the Bay Varm Recreation Center and
the City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise a notice calling
for sealed proposals in accordance with the provisions of said
specfications.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 17th of August, 1982,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
