APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 3735 FOR DIVISION OF PROPERTY
AT 1616 FERNSIDE BOULEVARD, PERMITTING THE RECORDING
THEREOF, AND FINDING SAID PARCEL MAP CONSISTENT WITH
THE CITY'S GENERAL PLAN (MIHAILO CRNJANSKI AND
GENEVIEVE CRNJANSKI, OWNERS)
WHEREAS, Mlahilo Crnjanski and Genevieve Crnjanski, owners
herein, have presented to the Council for approval a Parcel Map
to divide an existing parcel into three lots at 1616 Fernside
Boulevard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL or THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11-319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map No. 3735, heretofore accepted and
approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved and permission
given to owners to record same, based upon the findings and subject
to the conditions in City of Alameda Planning Board Resolution
No. 1250, passed on May 24, 1982.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11-3112(f)
of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds Parcel Map
No. 3735 is consistent with the CitY's General Plan, and pursuant
to Section 11-3112(h) determines that discharge of waste from the
subdivision into the sewer system will not violate regional water
quality control regulations.
I, the undersigned, .hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of
Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 7th of September, 1982,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Stone and President Corica - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Sherratt - 1.
