AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH DKS ASSOCIATES
FOR FINAL DESIGN OF PATTON WAY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor be and hereby is authorized to execute, and the City
Clerk to attest to, on behalf of the City, an amendment to the
agreement heretofore on May 21, 1980, entered into between the
City and DKS Associates, said amendment herein authorized to
provide for a modified time. schedule, work scope and payment
schedule reflecting changed conditions.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City
Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 7th of September, l9O2,'
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Stone and President Corica - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Sherratt - l.
