AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE COUNTY OF ALAMEDA FOR
COLLECTION OF CITY TAXES ON BONDED INDEBTEDNESS
AND SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor be and hereby is authorized to execute, and the City
Clerk to attest, on behalf of the City, an amendment to that certain
Agreement, authorized by Resolution No 9149, adopted on August 21,
1979, between the City and the County of Alameda, said amendment
to be substantially in the form of that on file in the office
of the City Clerk and marked "Filed September 21, 1982," and
providing for collection by the County of City taxes on bonded
indebtedness, special assessments and all othe r indebtedness
approved by the voters prior to July 1, 1978.
