AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION
AND COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH
PARCEL MAP NO. 3854 AND APPROVING FAITHFUL PERFORMANCE
BOND AS TO SUFFICIENCY (A DIVISION OF LOTS 32 THRU 35,
BLOCK 1, TRACT 3904, PONDEROSA HOMES, SUBDIVIDER)
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 11-319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, there has been presented to this Council a Parcel
Map, designated Parcel Map No. 3854, and heretofore conditionally
approved by the Planning Board, being a resubdivision of Lots 32
through 35 of Tract 3904 to create two parcels and a street
connecting Sea Bridge and island Drive on Bay Farm Island in the
City of Alameda, by Ponderosa Homes, a partnership, subdivider;
and
WHEREAS, said approval by the Planning Board is conditioned
upon the subdivider constructing and completing certain public
improvements on said property; and
WHEREAS, it will be to the benefit of the City to have said
work performed in accordance therewith;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the agreement for construction and completion of
the improvements in the subdivision of property located along the
west side of Island Drive south of Bridgeway Road, designated as
Parcel Map No 3854, with Ponderosa Homes be and the same hereby
is approved and the City Manager is authorized and directed to
execute, and the City Clerk to attest, said agreement on behalf
of the City; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bond in the sum of $76,000,
guaranteeing full and faithful performance of said agreement, is
hereby approved as sufficient in amount.

duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City Of
Alameda in regular meeting•assembleidon the 5th of October, 1982, by
the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone and President Coric - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
