APPROVING A SURVEY STUDY AND MAP FOR COMMUNITY
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT FOR ALAMEDA WEST END
WHEREAS, attached hereto entitled Exhibit "A" is a map
of the City of Alameda on which are boundaries showing a proposed
survey area for community improvement project study Purposes;
and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to designate
the area as described in said Exhibit "A" as a survey area
pursuant to Health and Safety Code Sections 33310 et seq.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the area set forth in the aforementioned Exhibit
"A" requires study to determine if a community improvement project
ithin said area is feasible; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the aforementioned Exhibit
c. "A" describing the boundaries of the survey area designated herein
is incorporated and by this reference made a part hereof.
