AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SUPPLEMENT NO. 05 TO THE
MASTER AGREEMENT FOR THE FEDERAL -AID PROGRAM WITH
THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO INCORPORATE THE PROJECT
OF TRAFFIC SIGNAL MODIFICATION AT ATLANTIC AVENUE
AND WEBSTER STREET
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that the City Manager and City, Clerk be, and each hereby is,
authorized to execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf
of the City, Supplement No 05 to the Federal-Aid Program with
the State of California, which provides for incorporating the
project of traffic signal modification at Atlantic Avenue and
Webster Street with the Master Agreement Program of Local Agency
Federal Safety Improvement Projects, said supplement to be sub-
stantially in the form of that heretofore filed in the office
of the City Clerk on November 2, 1982.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of :the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 2nd day of November, 1982" by the
following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen 0amcnt, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone, and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
