BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALA

that pursuant to the provisions of Article X of the Charter
of the City of Alameda, and upon nomination of the Mayor,
LOUIS C. STEELE is hereby appointed to the office of member
of the Civil Service Board of the C5_ty of Alameda, for the
expiring June 30, -1985, and -to serve until his successor_
appointed and qualified,
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regUlar meeting assembled on the 16th of November, 1982,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Gorman, Sherratt, Stone and President Corica - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Diament -
