APPOINTING JAMES H. DUNCAN AS A MEMBER OF THE
RECREATION COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that pursuant to Sections 2-311 and following of the Alameda
Municipal Code, and upon nomination of the Mayor,
JAMES H. DUNCAN is hereby appointed to the office of member
of the Recreation Commission of the City of Alameda, for a term
commencing October 1, 1982 and expiring September 30, 1986,
and to serve until his successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 16th of November, 1982,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Gorman, Sherratt, Stone and President Corica - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Diament -
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the
