AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LETTER CONSTITUTING AGREEMENT
TO RENEW THE CITY'S PUBLIC LIABILITY CLAIMS
ADMINISTRATION AGREEMENT WITH R. L. KAUTZ & CO.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute, for and
on behalf of the City of Alameda that certain letter constitut-
ing an agreement, dated November 23, 1982, from R. L. Kautz & Co.
which letter renews the existing Public Liability Claims Adminis-
tration Agreement between the City and R. L. Kautz & Co. through
November 30, 1983.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 7th of December, 1982,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT:. None.
