AMENDING THE 1982-1983 BUDGET TO FORMALIZE ACTIONS
TAKEN AT THE NOVEMBER 1, 1982, COUNCIL MEETING
(WORK SESSION)
WHEREAS, by its Resolution No. 9883 adopted on September
7, 1982, this Council approved and adopted a budget for the City
of Alameda for the fiscal year 1982-1983 in the amount of
$17,038,306; and
WHEREAS; in order to formalize the actions taken by the
Council at a Work Session Council Meeting held on November 1,
1982, it is necessary to amend the 1982 -1983 budget,
NOW, THER'OPE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the budget for the City of Alameda for the fiscal
year 1982 -1983 is hereby amended by adding the sum of $43,032
thereto, and the total amount appropriated for the fiscal year
1982 -1983 shall be $17,081,338.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 7th of December, 1982,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen DiaDneOt, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.,
ABSENT:, None.
