AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION
AND COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH
PARCEL MAP NO. 3940 AND APPROVING FAITHFUL
PERFORMANCE BOND AS TO SUFFICIENCY (A SUBDIVISION OF
PARCEL 1 OF PARCEL MAP NO 3895, PLAZA 1 OF HARBOR
BAY BUSINESS PARK, HARBOR BAY ISLE ASSOCIATES,
SUBDIVIDERS)
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 11-319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, there has been presented to this Council a Parcel
Map, designated Parcel Map No 3940, and heretofore conditionally
approved by the Planning, Board, being a subdivision of Parcel 1
of Parcel Map No. 3895 to create Plaza 1 of Harbor Bay Business
Park on Bay Farm Island in the City of Alameda by Harbor Bay Isle
Associates, subdivider_; and
WHEREAS, said approval by the Planning Board is conditioned
upon the subdivider constructing and completing certain public
improvements on said property; and
WHEREAS, it will be to the benefit of the City to have said
work performed i_n accordance therewith;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the agreement for construction and completion of
the improvements in the subdivision of property located in the
Harbor Bay Business Park, designated as Parcel Map No 3940, with
Harbor Bay Isle Associates be and the same hereby is approved and
the City Manager is authorized and directed to execute, and the
City Clerk to attest, said agreement on behalf of the City; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bond in the sum of $35,000,
guaranteeing full and faithful performance of said agreement, is
hereby approved as sufficient in amount.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 21st of December, 1982,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None,
