AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH PACIFIC GAS
AND ELECTRIC COMPANY TO PROVIDE GAS FACILITIES FOR
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 81-1, HARBOR BAY PARKWAY
EXPANSION
WHEREAS, in conjunction with the construction of the
expansion of Harbor Bay Parkway Pacific Gas and Electric Company
is reouired to furnish and install gas facilities both on site
within the district, and off site facilites up to the district;
and
WHEREAS, an agreement to provide the off site facilites has
been submitted to the City and the Council is fully informed and
aware of the contents thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and each hereby is,
authorized to execute and to attest to respectively, on behalf
of the City, an agreement with Pacific Gas and Electric Company
for the installation of off site facilities for Assessment
District 81-1, Harbor Bay Parkway Expansion.
T, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 4th day of January, 1983,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
