AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH FREDDIE M.
PAYNE FOR PERSONAL SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor and City Clerk be and each hereby is, authorized and
directed to execute and to attest to respectively, on behalf of
the City, an agreement with Freddie M. Payne, by which he will
provide assistance to the City's Engineering Department in the
implementation and processing of plans, calculations and inspection
for the construction of various improvements, and other engineer-
ing services as directed.
T, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 4th day of January, 1983,
by the following vote to wit:
