TERMINATING PARKS REFRESHMENT CONCESSION AGREEMENT
WITH ROBERT ERES
WHEREAS, by its Resolution 9807 adopted on July 20, 1982,
this Council entered into an agreement with Robert Eres, an
individual doing business as Bob's Deli, relating to the operation
of a refreshment concession at Washington Park; and
WHEREAS, Paragraph 9 of said agreement reserved to the City
Council the right to terminate the contract under certain conditions;
and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the operation of said
concession has not adequately met the needs of the public and the
Concessionaire has violated various terms of said agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
)))1 OF ALAMEDA that the Agreement entered into on July 21, 1982, be-
tween the City of Alameda and Robert Ere s be and hereby is
terminated, pursuant to Paraaraph 9 of said agreement.

City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 4th day of January, 1983,
