AMENDING PERSONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY
AND JAMES R. SANDERSON (ENGINEERING SERVICES
RELATING TO THE HARBOR BAY ISLE PROJECT)
BE 1T RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that the City Manager be and hereby is authorized to execute,
and the City Clerk to attest, on behalf of the City, an amend-
ment to that certain Personal Services Agreement dated July 1,
1979, between the City and James R. Sanderson, said amendment
to be substantially in the form of that on file in the oEfice
of the City Clerk and marked 'Filed January 18, 1983," and
providing for an increase in the monthly compensation for said
personal services and an extension of the termination date
of said Agreement.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 18th of January, 1983,
