AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH ITALO A. CALPESTRI, III, FOR THE
MASTICK SENIOR CENTER, PHASE II
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized
and directed to execute and to attest to respectively, on
behalf of the City, that certain proposed Architectural Services
Agreement with Italo A. Calpestri, III, Architect A.I.A., which
provides for preparation of design drawings, specifications
and other bid documents necessary and desirable for the construe-
Lion of a multi-purpose room at the Mastick Senior Center (Phase
11), said agreement to be substantially in the form of that
on file in the office of the City Clerk and marked, 'Filed,
January 18, 1983."
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 18th Of January, 1983,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone and President Corica - 5.
