AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH FLOYD H.
HYDE ASSOCIATES, INC. RELATING TO FEDERAL
LIAISON AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE SERVICES
WHEREAS, this Council on November 2, 1982, approved
the selection of Floyd H. Hyde Associates as the City's repre-
sentative in Washington, D.C.,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and each
hereby is, authorized to execute and to attest to, respectively,
on behalf of the City, an agreement with FLOYD H. HYDE ASSOCIATES,
INC. for federal liaison and technical assistance services,
all as provided for In that certain form of agreement heretofore
filed in the office of the City Clerk.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was dUly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 18th of January, 1983,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None,
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the official
