AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENTS WITH HOUSING
AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA RELATING TO LEGAL
REPRESENTATION FOR SAID AUTHORITY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized
to execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf of the
City, a Master Contract and an Hourly Contract with the Housing
Authority of the City of Alameda, which set forth the legal
services to be provided the Housing Authority by the City
Attorney, said agreements to be substantially in the form
of those heretofore placed in the office of the City Clerk
and marked "Filed, February 1, 1983.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 1st of February, 1983,
by the following vote to wit:

NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
