AMENDING THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN
WHEREAS, by its Resolution No. 9671, dated January 19,
1982, this Council authorized and approved a Deferred Compensation
Plan for certain eligible City employees; and
WHEREAS, in order to incorporate and comply with certain
new Internal Revenue Service regulations it is necessary to amend
said Plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that said Council does hereby authorize and adopt
an amended Deferred Compensation Plan for certain eligible City
employees.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th of February, 1983,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
