AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES OF THE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS FOR THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA (FIVE POLICE VEHICLES FOR TFIE POLICE
DEPARTMENT)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TFIE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
said Council does hereby authorize the Office of Procurement,
Department of General Services of the State of California to
purchase materials, supplies and equipment for and on the behalf
of the City of Alameda pursuant to Section 14814, Government
Code, and that Fred Banuelos; Purchasing Agent, is hereby authorized
and directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests and other
documents in connection therewith for and on behalf of the City
of Alameda.,
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th of February, 1983,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Diament, Gorman, Sberratt, Stone and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
