AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA, GOLDEN BEAR LEASING, INC. AND JACK:CUMMINGS,
RELATING TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF CART PATHS AND RENTAL
OF GOLF CARTS AT THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor and City Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized and
directed to execute and to attest to respectively, on behalf
of the City, that certain proposed Agreement between the City
of Alameda, Golden Bear Leasing, Inc,:, doing business as Golden
Bear Equipment Co. and Jack Cummings, Golf Professional, which
provides for the construction of certain cart paths on the Alameda
Municipal Golf Courses, the leasing of golf carts from Golden
Bear Leasing, Inc. and subsequent subleasing to the golfing public,
said agreement to be substantially in the form of that on file
in the office of the City Clerk and marked, "Filed, February 15,
1983."
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th of February, 1983,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
