AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION
AND COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH
PARCEL MAP NO 3832 AND APPROVING BONDS AS TO
SUFFICIENCY (A DIVISION OF 69.575 ACRES WITHIN
PARCEL D OF ALAMEDA MARINA. VILLAGE, ALAMEDA MARINA
VILLAGE ASSOCIATES, SUBDIVIDER)
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 11- -319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Alameda Marina Village Associates, a California
limited partnership, subdividers herein, has presented to this
Council a Parcel Map, designated Parcel Map No 3832, and
heretofore condition! -- roved by the Planning Board, being
a division of portioi acts 28, 29, 30, Map of Alameda Marsh
Land, filed July 30, 1900, in Book 25 of Maps, Pages 74 -78, and
all of Lot 1, Parcel Map No. 3755, recorded in Parcel Map Book
133, pages 74 -76, County of Alameda Records, to create a 284
berth marina and Harbor Master's bu.ildina and additional future
development in Alameda Marina Village; and
WHEREAS, said approval by the Planning Board is conditioned
upon the subdivider constructing and completing certain public
improvements on said property; and
WHEREAS, it will be to the benefit of the City to have
said work performed in accordance therewith;
