Resolution 09989CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 9989
AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES OF
THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE A SEDAN AND A
RESPONSE VAN FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, funds are available in the 1982-83 fiscal year
budget for the purchase of o four-door sedan and a response van
for the Fire Department; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best value
available is through the Cooperative Purchasing Program of the
Department of General Services of the State of California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that said Council does hereby authorize the purchase
of one four-door sedan and a response van through the Department
of General Services of the State of California and that Fred
Banuelos, Purchasing Agent, is hereby authorized and directed
to sign and deliver all necessary requests and other documents
in connection therewith for and on behalf of the City of Alameda.
I, the undersigned herebycertnty that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and reularly adopted •and passed by the Council of the
City 0 Alameda in regular meeting assembled. on the lst 0 Nrch, 1983,
by the following vote to wit:
