A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE FILING OF AMENDED ASSESSMENTS
HARBOR BAY BUSINESS PARK ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 81 -1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of th

WHEREAS, the parcel identified as Assessment No. 1 included within the
Harbor Bay Business Park Assessment District 81 -1 has been divided;
WHEREAS, unpaid assessments against

1. The Superintendent of Streets of the City of Alameda shall file
with the City Clerk of said City an amended assessment of said Assessment No.
1 segregating and apportioning the unpaid installments of the original
assessment in accordance with the benefits to the several parts of the
original parcels.
2. Said Superintendent shall further cause to be made an amended
auditor's record and shall cause said record to be sent to the Auditor of the
County of Alameda. Said amended auditor's record shall reflect the aforesaid
apportionment of assessments.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of
Alameda, in regular meeting assembled on the 15th day of March
1983, by the following vote, to wit:
