AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH A
CIVIL ENGINEER FOR PERSONAL SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that the City Manager and City Clerk be and each hereby is,
authorized and directed to execute and to attest to, respectively,
on behalf of the City, an agreement with a Civil Engineer by
which he will provide assistance to the City's Engineering Depart-
ment in the implementation and processing of subdivision and
improvement plans, and other engineering services as directed.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th of March, 1983,
by the following vote to wit:
